Lee Roberts Inspection (LRI)

is a third party IECC energy code compliance company, primarily serving Dallas County and the North Texas region. The IECC energy code became a state law in 2000, and most cities in Texas require a third party inspector certified by IECC and the State of Texas to perform these plan reviews and on-site inspections.

LRI Daily Office Operations: Examination of construction plans and consultation with builders, architects, and building owners concerning implications of and/or requirements for compliance with the International Energy Code.

LRI Daily Field Operations: On-site consultation and field inspections to ensure that all building components comply with the International Energy Code before the contractor requests final inspections from the city. We also furnish specific forms required by each city.
